Making your spaces, policies, and communications more inclusive increases everyone’s feelings of safety and comfort at work.
“Inclusion on the Agenda” goes well beyond theory and advocates an empathetic, nonjudgmental approach, because it’s okay to make mistakes. It addresses the fears and questions shared across various workplaces, presents best practices for gradual adoption, and initiates reflections for working towards inclusivity as a team.
The examples provided are applied to concrete situations, such as spatial layout, internal communications, and support offered to teams.
