As in any romantic, sexual, or otherwise intimate relationship, rules are necessary to make the pleasure and satisfaction last. Thankfully, they’re not complicated.
To exchange an item
There are two valid reasons to exchange an item purchased from our online shop: (1) because it’s defective (while we’re always careful, anything can happen!) or (2) because the clothing doesn’t fit (it’s okay to change your mind about the size or fit of your t-shirt). If either one of these situations apply to you, we will happily refund the amount of the purchase or exchange the item for a brand new one.
Reminder: you have 30 days to return or exchange an item, after which we reserve the right to refuse.
If you wish to exchange an item due to one of the two reasons explained above, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the situation. We will take the time to review your request and get back to you within a reasonable amount of time with clear instructions for what to do next. #NoGhosting
If you’d rather come see us in person, know that it’s totally possible for you to come by our office to exchange your item or try on a different size. It’s always a pleasure to meet new people. To get a refund
We don’t refund shipping fees that have already been paid, for the simple reason that we can’t cancel a service that has already been rendered. (Read: as the shipment has been sent and paid for, we cannot compensate you for it, unless your item is defective, of course).
After receiving a refund notification, it can take up to 15 days before your refund appears on your credit card statement. We would like it to be faster, but we can’t go any faster than the bank and our payment system. On the other hand, if after 15 days your credit card statement still doesn’t show a refund, write to us so that we can take a look at it together.
To return an item
Since we can’t really offer the same conditions as Amazon, we don’t cover the shipping fees for your return. These fees are your responsibility (except for when there was a mistake on our end, in which case we would cover the expense). If you’re not sure you understand what this means, feel free to write to us!
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
Because we know that it can be stressful not to know what’s going on with your package, we make sure to write you an email as soon as we receive your item (during business hours, of course).
Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt with your package. We can also accept it by email if it’s more convenient. #SoTechno
